Event Participants:
- By registering for an event, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions set by the event organizer.
- EventSarathi is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or cancellations related to events.
5. Payments and Fees
For paid events:
- Event organizers may charge fees for participation, which will be processed through third-party payment providers.
- EventSarathi may charge service fees, which will be disclosed to users during the registration or event creation process.
We are not responsible for any errors or issues that arise during payment processing.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in the following:
- Misuse the Platform or use it for illegal activities.
- Post, upload, or share any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing on others’ intellectual property rights.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform, including hacking, introducing malware, or circumventing security measures.
- Collect or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited conduct.
7. Intellectual Property

- Any loss or damage resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventSarathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10. Indemnification
